How To Check If A Facebook Video Ad Was Played With Sound On
Facebook ads, by default, provides a lot of video metrics. However, while selecting columns, a breakdown of sound on vs sound off is not the default.
If you want to view the breakdown of sound on vs sound off views, you need to follow these two steps:
Switch the column from the default: Performance to Video Engagement.
In Breakdown > By Action > Choose Video Sound
You’ll now be able to view this breakdown in Facebook Ads.
